In plain language

• You can use YomuScan without an account. An account is needed for sync, the web app, share links and Teams.
• Subscriptions are handled by Apple, Google or our payment partners. Plans are Free, Premium, Premium AI and Teams (per seat).
• Web prices can differ from in-app store prices. We show both side by side.
• Plans renew automatically until you cancel. The price and any trial length are shown before you pay.
• Cancel any time. You keep your plan until the period you paid for ends, then the account returns to Free and your documents stay.
• For Teams, the organisation that buys the plan chooses who is a member and sets the sharing policies.

In plain language

• Web subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days of the first charge. Write to [email protected] and include your receipt.
• App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple and Google’s own refund policies. Request those in the store.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, we try again, and if we still cannot charge it your account returns to Free. Nothing is deleted.
