From Account › Plan and billing, or in the App Store or Google Play settings if you subscribed in the app. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Nothing is deleted. Your documents stay on your device and you go back to the free plan. You can export everything as a ZIP at any time.
Web subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days of the first charge. See the refund terms. App Store and Google Play refunds follow their own policies.
Yes. Teams costs $9.99 per seat a month, or $95.88 per seat a year, for 3 to 250 people. Buy Teams and choose the number of seats at checkout. Enterprise agreements are paid by invoice: contact sales.
