In short
- App lock uses Face ID or your fingerprint.
- You choose to lock after 0, 1 or 5 minutes.
- The Vault has its own PIN.
Turn on app lock
Turn on app lock in Settings and choose how soon it locks: right away, after 1 minute or after 5 minutes. The app also hides its preview in the app switcher.
Use the Vault
Documents in the Vault need your PIN. After too many wrong tries it locks for a while. You can change the PIN in Settings. Vault documents are included in an export only after you enter the PIN.
