In short
- Teams is billed per seat, from 3 seats.
- Admins manage members, roles and single sign-on.

Start
Choose Teams on the Business page, pick your number of seats (3 to 250) and complete checkout. You become the team admin.
Members and roles
In Team admin › Members, invite people by email. They get an invitation that expires in 7 days.
Single sign-on
In Team admin › Single sign-on, connect your identity provider so members sign in with the work account they already have.
Policies and audit log
Policies include view-only external share links that must expire within 30 days, and requiring the Vault for ID documents. The audit log lists every admin and sharing action.
Seats and billing
Add or remove seats from Team admin › Billing. Your data processing agreement is in Legal.
